If you're experiencing a technical issue with Vyond Studio, please try the steps below to help narrow the problem down:

1) Clear your browser's cache:
    - In Google Chrome
    - In Mozilla Firefox
    - In Microsoft Edge

2) Make sure your browser version is up-to-date. Check here

3) Test a different browser (Chrome / Firefox / Edge)

4) Disable plugins/add-ons in your browser. These may include, but are not limited to:
    - Grammarly
    - Adblock
    - FoxClocks

5) Try to access the platform from an incognito/private window (learn more here)

6) Restart your computer

7) If you're accessing the site from a corporate network, please check this article
