Description: We have confirmed reports that some users have experienced difficulty downgrading their subscription. This has affected accounts that were previously Professional being continued as Premium or Essential plan subscriptions, as well as accounts moving from Premium to Essential.
Workaround: If you need to downgrade your subscription plan for your next term (or if you already have and are experiencing access issues) please reach out to our support team so that we can assist you with your subscription change and minimize any chance for disruption to your account.
Resolution: We are currently working with our subscription management provider to resolve this issue and allow all users to easily and quickly resubscribe to any plan without issue.
