While a subscription is active, it is possible to download all invoices and receipts directly from within the account by accessing Profile Icon -> Subscriptions -> Invoices.
1. Go to the Subscription page from your profile icon and you will see Invoices. To the right of Invoices click View.
2. From the menu on the top right, click on Invoices:
3. The option to download all invoices and receipts will appear:
- Invoice: a list of services provided, with a statement of the sum due for these; a bill.
- Receipt: a written or printed statement acknowledging that your subscription has been paid for; a confirmation of payment.
If the subscription has already expired or an invoice or receipt with specific information is needed, please submit a support request here.
