Description: When previewing within the Vyond Studio, some users are experiencing inconsistencies with their characters lip syncing. The character's mouth may remain closed or the the lip sync will be out of sync while the video is previewing. Currently, this is only observed when previewing videos in the Studio and the issue is not present when viewing the video from the Video Listing Page, or when exporting the video. Our engineering team is working to resolve this issue.
