Caption Issues

Noticing any unwanted text or different languages showing in captions after they are generated when they should not be there? If this is the case, try the following steps to resolve the issue: 

1. Remove any music tracks and regenerate your captions.

2. Generate your captions before adding any music tracks, once the captions have been generated, then add the music track to the video.
