Each Vyond account is associated with a unique valid email address. Users log in with an email address and password - or through Google, Microsoft 365, or company-provided Single Sign-On (SSO), if enabled. Sharing login credentials is not allowed and violates Vyond's Terms of Service.
If you need to gain (or maintain) access to videos created in Vyond, be sure to complete the purchase while signed into the account where the videos were made. Signing up with a new email address and then completing the purchase will create a new account. To change the email address associated with the account, the best way to do this is under Account Settings before checkout. Steps can be found here.
All Vyond subscriptions can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. If purchased online, subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off. Offline purchases do not automatically renew.
Essential and Premium subscriptions are individual plans (1 user), while Professional and Enterprise plans allow purchasing multiple seats in order to have team members collaborate and share content with each other.

Subscriptions grant customers a perpetual license to use videos created in Vyond in accordance with our Terms of Service. Common uses include internal training, product explainer videos, and posting on social media sites. Even after a subscription expires, customers retain these rights in perpetuity.
Note: The sale or transfer of a video to a third party is not allowed without a separate license and fee. For details, please refer to Section 2 (LICENSES) of our Terms of Service.
Videos cannot be copied or transferred between separate accounts. Videos can only be transferred between accounts that are part of the same multi-seat subscription, which includes collaboration features.
