Email Troubleshooting

The steps below can apply to users when troubleshooting the receipt of Vyond emails:

  • The email may take 5-10 minutes to arrive.
  • Check the spam or junk folders if it does not appear.
  • Ensure that @vyond.com has been added to the approved senders list.
