Description: Users have reported issues with previewing their videos. When clicking preview, the preview loads and the video does not play. On occasion the error "Sorry, your video is taking longer than usual to load. Please wait a moment" will appear. The issue seems to be affecting other components of the platform such as text-to-speech, file uploads and video exports.
Our engineers are working on resolving this issue.
