How do I re-order enter and exit effects?

1) Expand the timeline by clicking on the film strip icon to the left of the timeline. 

2) Drag the asset effect box vertically to reorder the effects.

3) Drag the left/right edge of the effect box horizontally to adjust its start time/end time in the scene.
