What is Changing?

Prices of Vyond plans are changing on May 7, 2025.

Why is Vyond changing its prices?

Since we last updated prices in January 2023, we’ve added lots of powerful new features and impactful styles to our all-in-one AI video creation platform. For a list of all the new features, please see Vyond’s Product Release notes.

The new plans will offer more access to advanced AI features to more customers through a new credit system. The credit system will be implemented on May 7, 2025 for all customers. See below for more information on the credit system.

New Customers

The price increase applies to all new Starter (formerly known as Premium), Professional, and Enterprise subscriptions purchased on or after May 7, 2025.

Current Customers

These new prices will be applied at renewal to current subscriptions that renew on or after May 7, 2025.

  • There are no changes to the price of the Essential plan.
  • The Vyond for Enterprise Plus plan will be merged with the Enterprise plan.
  • Anyone with the Vyond for Agency plan should speak with their account management team prior to their renewal. (This refers to organizations creating videos and selling them to others with special licensing rights.) If customers are unsure about who is on their account management team, they should contact support@vyond.com.
  • Anyone with the Vyond for Government plan should speak with their account management team prior to their renewal. The AI credit usage system will not apply to anyone on this plan. If customers are unsure about who is on their account management team, they should contact support@vyond.com.

Current Customers with Pricing Restrictions

If a current customer has contractual pricing restrictions, they will be honored. Those customers should work with their account management team to discuss their specific situation at renewal. If customers are unsure about who is on their account management team, they should contact support@vyond.com.

Current Customers with Renewals in Process

If a current customer is in the process of renewing their subscription, they should work with their account management team to discuss their specific situation. If customers are unsure about who is on their account management team, they should contact support@vyond.com.

Adding Seats

Please note that for any existing subscriptions purchased prior to May 7, 2025, customers will retain their original price per seat for any new seats added until the subscription renews.

The Credit System

Vyond is introducing an AI usage credit system to allow more customers to access these powerful features. Customers have the flexibility to disable these AI features as needed. Please contact your account management team or support@vyond.com to have these features turned off if preferred.

Credit Allocation per user per month according to plan type

Credits are deducted from your monthly allocation when you use any of the features listed below.

The cost in terms of credits is listed in the column labeled “Credits per minute of use.”
Customers can use their allocation of credits across the features most valuable to them.

Example: A Professional user with 20,000 credits per month could either:

A. Use 10 minutes of AI Avatar minutes (10 mins x 2,000 credits = 20,000) for a total of 20,000 credits used. 

OR

B. Use 5 minutes of AI Avatar time (5 mins x 2,000 credits = 10,000) AND 125 minutes of Translation (125 mins x 80 credit= 10,000) for a total of 20,000 credits used.

* Please note for Custom Avatar Use, this refers to using custom avatars in a video that have already been purchased prior to May 7, 2025. Credits are applied to custom avatars. This does not refer to custom avatar creation which is a $200 add on.

* Photo Avatar will not be released on May 7, this feature will be released at a later time and will be included in the credit system.
