Our team has reached out to Azure to confirm when all (Latest) voices will be updated to HD v2.5.[01/13/2026, 3:57 AM PT] – Azure confirmed that the issue has been resolved in HD v2.5, which is now live in production. At this time, only Ava and Andrew are available in HD v2.5. We recommend using these voices while Azure continues working on updating the remaining voices. QA testing in English, German, and Hindi showed stable results. However, instability persists in Greek – Ada (Latest)[12/2/2025, 3:00 PM PT] - Additional voices have been impacted and the above list has been updated. Two voices remain unresolved at the moment.
