For added security, expired accounts will require a one-time access link to confirm identity. Once confirmed, access to the account will be given. One-time access links are only valid for 24 hours. Please note, the messaging received after logging-in is dependent on plan type and whether the purchase was made through our online portal, or offline.
Trial Accounts
Upon logging into an expired account, a page will appear where you can either Explore Plans or Request a One-Time Link.
- The Explore Plans button will take you to the pricing page where a plan can be chosen. You can proceed to checkout and access to your account will be restored once you have purchased.
- If you Request a One-Time Link, an access link will be sent to the email registered to the account where you can confirm and login to view your account.
Please note that the one-time access link is only valid for 24 hours.
Paid Accounts (Online)
Those who had previously purchased a subscription online will see a variation of the following pop-up when accessing the account.

- The Renew My Subscription button will take you to the pricing page where a new subscription can be purchased.
- If previous Professional users need to purchase a lower tier plan, they must first contact support@vyond.com to assist. "Product Unavailable" error is shown when they attempt to purchase online.
Professional users that have been deactivated from their team can expect the following when logging in.
Paid Accounts (Offline)
Those who had previously purchased a subscription offline with our finance team, or a reseller, will see a variation of the following pop-up when accessing the account.
