Slack App Installation Connecting Vyond with Slack Creating Vyond Go Videos Additional Commands Slack App Installation 1. Go to https://app.vyond.com/integrations/vyond-for-slack. 2. Click Add to Slack. 3. Click Allow to provide permission to access your workspace. Please check with your organization for any permission/whitelisting requirements. 4. Depending on your browser settings, the browser may ask to open Slack. Click Open Slack. 5. Once Slack has been opened, the installation has been completed. Connecting Vyond with Slack There are two ways to connect Vyond with Slack. From the Slack app 1. Once Slack has been installed, type /vyond connect in the search bar. Select the Vyond app. 2. Your browser should pop up asking for consent to connect to Vyond. Click Connect. 3. Once connected, the Vyond app will appear under your apps section on Slack. From Vyond 1. Go to the profile dropdown menu and select Apps and Websites. 2. Click Connect to Slack. 3. Follow the installation steps. Once completed, the Vyond app will appear under your apps section on Slack. Creating Vyond Go Videos 1. From Slack, go to the Vyond app. Type the command /vyond go followed by your prompt. For example: /vyond go Explain the importance of customer engagement with a product. 2. Once you have completed typing in your prompt, press Enter or Return. The app will automatically select the layout, vibe, format and language based on your input. 3. A prompt will appear to show that the video is being generated in your account. Once the video is ready, the app will let you know by sharing a message that the video is ready with two options: Open the video in the Vyond platform. Download the video from Slack. If you decide to have the video download to Slack, a prompt will appear where you can click Download to Slack. The video will appear once ready. Download to Slack is not available for group chats or direct chats with another person. For channel use, the Vyond app must be added to the channel. Additional Commands 1. /vyond go [prompt]: This command will let you create a video using Vyond go. Make sure to replace [prompt] with your actual video prompt. 2. /vyond go_quota: This prompt will check your Vyond Go generation quota. 3. /vyond connect: This prompt can be used to connect Vyond with Slack. 4. /vyond remove: This prompt will let you remove the Vyond app from Slack. 5. /vyond help: This prompt will show you all the available commands.
