Using Vyond with Google Docs

Users can now create a video using Google Docs, check out the steps below. 

Steps

1. Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for Vyond, or use this link.

2. Click the Install button. 

3. Choose the Google account you would like to connect to Vyond.

4. Click Continue to sign into Vyond. Follow the prompt and click Allow.

5. The Vyond app is now installed on Google Docs.

Login Steps

When using the Google Docs add-on app for the first time, you will be asked to login/connect to your Vyond account with your Google account. 

1. Open the Vyond add-on app in Google Docs' sidebar on the right side. 

2. Click Create Video. 

3. Vyond's login screen will appear in a simplified browser window. Enter your Vyond login credentials. 

4. Once you are logged into Vyond, your Vyond credentials and Google account are now linked.

Document to Video

1. Open a Google Doc and click on the Vyond add-on on the right side panel. 

2. Toggle ON the Use this document as content option.

3. You can add additional context in the Video Topic text box to direct the video results. 

4. Click Create Video to generate the video in Vyond. Once the video has been generated, you can open the video in Vyond to view and further edit.
