Known Issue - Speech Enhancer Unable to Process Audio (RESOLVED)

Some users may receive the following error when attempting to use the Speech Enhancer feature on audio files:

"We are unable to enhance speech quality at this time. Please try again later."

This issue may affect audio files uploaded or recorded into both new and existing videos. Previously uploaded audio files may continue to enhance successfully, while newly uploaded/recorded files fail with the error above.

Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue.

Workaround: None at this time.

Scope: Speech Enhancer for uploaded and recorded audio files. The issue has been reported across multiple customer accounts and appears to affect different audio formats (WAV / MP3 / M4A).

[July 8, 2026, 11:30 AM PT]: Engineering has identified the issue and is actively investigating. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
