Browsers can temporarily store information from websites in their cache and cookies. Clearing your browser's cache is an important step as it can help resolve issues surrounding previewing and functionality.
To clear your browser's cache, follow the instructions for your specific browser:
Google Chrome
1) Go to the Chrome menu, the three dots on the top right corner of the browser.
2) Scroll down to More Tools, a drop-down menu will appear. Choose the option Clear Browsing Data.
3) A new tab will be opened showing Browser Settings. First, go to the Time Range drop-down menu and select All time.
4) Tick the options you want to delete: Browsing History, Cookies and other site data (optional)** and/or Cached images and files. Then click Clear Data.
**Clearing your cookies will log you out from most sites and will close any open sessions on your browser.
5) Finally, close your browser and reopen it.

Mozilla Firefox
1) Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the browser.

3) Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
4) A pop-up window will appear. Tick the options you want to delete: Cookies and Site Data (optional)** and/or Cached Web Content.

5) Finally, close your browser and reopen it.

Microsoft Edge
1) Go to the Edge menu, the three dots on the top right corner of the browser

4) A pop-up window will appear. Tick the options you want to delete: Browsing History, Download History, Cookies and other site data (optional)** and/or Cached images and files.
