Tips
With any browser, we recommend keeping it updated because:
- Browsers are constantly patched to address newly discovered security vulnerabilities. Keeping your browser up to date helps protect you.
- We promise our platform will work correctly on the most recent browser versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. As browser patches are released, we often have to modify our code to match. If your browser is up to date, and you discover an incompatibility problem, please let us know! We’ll fix it as quickly as we can. If you’re using an outdated browser, though, we may not be able to help.
Microsoft Edge Notes
Microsoft is focused on its Edge browser and will halt any future development of Internet Explorer. This is why IE explorer is not supported by Vyond Studio.
Please only use the most current version of Microsoft Edge as prior versions may not be compatible with Vyond Studio.
Safari Notes
Safari is only partly support by Vyond. Please use the other supported browsers for the best experience.
Firefox Notes
Tutorial videos from the Vyond Homepage may not appear as Firefox has enhanced tracking protection turned on by default. To view the tutorial videos, the enhanced tracking protection can be turned off using the following steps:
- Go to Settings
- Select Privacy and Security
- Next, select Custom
- Untick Tracking Content
Vyond Does not Support:
- Internet Explorer - If Internet Explorer is selected for use with Vyond Studio, a warning will appear asking to use another browser.
