Steps for resetting the password for an account can be found below. Further restrictions can be found at the end of the article.
If you use Google, Office 365, or another service provider for Single Sign-On, please contact the internal IT group at your company to resolve any log-in issues.
1. Go to www.vyond.com and select Login.
2. Select Forgot your password?
3. Enter the account email address, complete the captcha, and select Reset Password:
4. An email is sent to the account on file to complete the reset process - please check spam or junk mail folders if it doesn't appear in less than 5 minutes.
Minimum password criteria:
- Must be 10 or more characters
- Must include a lowercase character
- Must include an uppercase character
- Must include a number
Password criteria may be different if the administrator on a Vyond account has selected improved security options.
Once the password is reset, an email will be sent confirming the password has been changed.
Restrictions
A password reset email will not be sent if:
- An account does not exist.
- Account was deleted upon your admin's request or your own request.
You will not be able to login to an account if:
- An account does not exist.
- Account has been suspended or deactivated by the team admin.
- Account was deleted upon your admin's request or your own request.
