1) Clear your browser's cache (learn more here)
2) Make sure your browser version is up-to-date (check here)
3) Test a different browser (Chrome / Firefox / Edge)
4) Close any other tabs you are not using
5) If necessary, close any other software applications you are not using
6) Disable plugins/add-ons in your browser (learn more here). These may include, but are not limited to:
- Grammarly
- Adblock
- FoxClocks
7) Try to access the platform from an incognito/private window (learn more here)
8) Restart your computer
9) If you're accessing the site from a corporate network, please check this article
10) If your video is longer than 10 minutes, split the video to reduce memory usage
