Consent and Sharing Permissions for Custom AI Avatars

Please review the following details for consent and sharing permissions for your customer AI avatar. 

Providing Consent

Consent is provided during the creation process for the custom AI avatar. Please check out this link here for providing a consent statement. 

Withdrawing Content

If you would like to withdraw consent from Vyond storing your biometric data and uploaded videos to create your custom avatar, please contact support@vyond.com. 

Managing Sharing and Permissions

You can share any custom avatar you create with users from your subscription. 

  • After a custom avatar is shared, the recipient will receive an email informing them about it. The recipient will be able to find and use the shared custom avatar from their avatar page.
  • When the custom avatar recipient uses your custom avatar to create a video, you will be notified by email. You can get details on which user used your avatar, and watch the video they created.
  • If you delete your custom avatar, it will also be removed from the custom avatar recipient’s avatar page and they will no longer be able to create videos with that specific avatar.
