Custom AI Avatars

You can now create your very own custom AI avatar. Check out the steps below to learn how. Custom AI avatars are offered across all plans at an additional cost.

For purchasing custom AI avatars, select the option to Create your own. A window will appear where you can click the button CONTACT SALES. Once the form has been filled out, a member of our team will contact you with pricing details. 

Once the purchase has been completed with our team, use the following steps the create your custom avatar. Please note that the custom avatar will be added to the account at the subscription level. 

Credits

Credits will round up to the next hundred.

Steps

1. Navigate to the AI avatar creation page from your account.

2. Select the option to Create your own.

3. Follow the instructions on the pop out window to upload sample video for your custom avatar first, then upload your consent statement.

4. Once the sample video and consent video have been submitted, please allow 4-6 hours to generate. The custom avatar will appear on the Avatar page under My Library: 

Please note, once the sample video has been submitted and the avatar has been generated, the sample video can not be submitted again.

Consent Statement 

Please record the following statement separately for your consent video: 

“My name is [full name]. By recording this video, I give Vyond permission to use my audio and video samples to create a digital avatar of me. I understand that this avatar can be shared within my team and used to create videos on my behalf.”

1. Replace [FULL NAME] with your name.
2. The statement must be clearly audible and understandable.
3. We currently accept consent statements in any of the supported languages listed here.
4. MP4 format is required. Vyond can accept resolutions 720p (minimum) up to 4K and a size limit of 750 MB. Ensure lens is free of smudges.
5. Please ensure to be 2-3 feet from the camera when recording, otherwise the video file may not be accepted. 
6. For iPhone users, please do not use HDR as it will impact the results.

Your Custom Avatar request can not be processed if the required consent statement is missing, incomplete, or does not meet the standards or requirements, and your digital avatar will be delayed. If you are notified of this issue, please:

1. Re-Record Your Video: Record a new video saying the correct consent statement clearly.
2. Re-submit Your Video: On the avatar page, you will see an error in creating your avatar. Click on the error message and follow the steps to re-submit your consent video.

Sharing Custom Avatars

Custom avatars can only be shared with those on the same account. 

To share a custom avatar, go to the avatar page, then select the three dots on the custom avatar and click Share. 

A window will appear where you can enter the email address of a team member on the same account.

Using a Custom Avatar

Select the custom avatar thumbnail from My Library.

A new window will appear where text can then be added to the custom avatar.

Once the text has been added, click Create Video to generate the custom avatar video. The video queue will appear to show the video is being generated.
