Known Issues - WellSaid Labs voices are not generating (Resolved)

Description: At the moment, the WellSaid Labs - Ultra High Quality AI voices are experiencing generation issues. Users are unable to generate their text-to-speech and are receiving an error message. 

Workaround: In the meantime, we recommend using the Google voices, as those are not experiencing the same issue. Please contact support@vyond.com if you have any additional questions.

Status Update:

February 12, 2026, 23:00 PM PT: The issue has been resolved. WellSaid Labs has confirmed the outage on their end is fixed, and Ultra High Quality voices should now generate as expected

February 4, 2026, 5:15 PM PT: The issue remains, our engineering team is continuing their investigation with WellSaid Labs to resolve the issue. 

February 4, 2026, 8:40 AM PT: The issue still remains, our engineering team is working with WellSaid Labs to resolve the issue.
