Text to Speech Voice Styles March 27, 2026 22:15 Updated The options to adjust tone, speed, and pitch are now available for some text-to-speech voices. Google Gemini (Enterprise and Agency only) voices have additional settings for voice. Voice Settings Google Gemini Settings Examples for Google Gemini Voice Styles Voice SettingsA smile icon will appear next to voices that currently support this feature: Please note that certain Voice Style options vary depending on the voice being used. For Tone, select a tone option from the drop-down menu: For Speed:For Pitch: Google Gemini SettingsOnce a Google Gemini voice has been selected, select the Google model.Once the model has been selected, go to Voice Style and add in instructions for tone, pacing and expressions. Then generate the voice. Examples for Google Gemini Voice StylesExamples for the Instructions text box: "Use singing voice like a serenade." "Speak in a reverent tone, completely mesmerized, in a warm Scottish accent." Using brackets to instruct the voice on pacing and other audio queues in the text to speech dialogue box can bring the voice to life, check out the examples below: This [pause] changes [long pause] everything!
