Why am I being emailed an authentication code to log in? July 12, 2024 22:07 Updated If multiple unsuccessful login attempts are made, this may trigger a two-factor authentication (2FA) process. Two factor authentication is an extra layer of security that helps protect you in the event that someone is trying to gain unauthorized access to your Vyond account. A message will appear directing you to check your email for an authentication code. Enter the code from your email on the page within 30 minutes and then log in as usual. If you don't receive an email you can try resetting your password. Note: If you’re on a Vyond Professional subscription plan, a temporary lockout of 12 hours will be triggered upon too many failed login attempts. If you need to access your account sooner, follow the steps to reset your password. If you are a member of a multi-user Professional team, your admin can unlock you prior to the expiration of the 12 hour lockout period. For team administrators, the steps to unlock a locked out user can be found here. Related articles Does Vyond support specific browsers?
