User Groups

The option to create user groups is now available in Vyond. Using this option is a great way to quickly and efficiently share videos with a specific group of people. Take a look at the steps below. This feature is available only with an Enterprise subscription.

Create a Group

1. To create a group, go to the profile icon and click the Groups option:

2. Click the Create Group button on the top right: 

3. A window will appear where you can enter the name of the group and add users to the group: 

4. After you create your group, the group will appear on the list:

Edit Group

To edit group details, simply click on the gear icon to change the name, delete, or adjust the members:

Share Videos with Group

To share videos with a group, enter the group name when sharing a video. The video will be shared with that group:
