Only team Owners can adjust user access in Vyond. If you need to assist a locked out user with regaining access to their account prior to the expiration of the 12 hour lockout period, follow the steps below: 1. Navigate to Users in the upper right menu. 2. Manage the user's account by clicking on the gear icon to the right of their name. 3. Click Unlock. Note that all other user changes are locked while the user is locked. 4. This dialog will automatically dismiss and the user will show as unlocked in the user summary.
