SCIM Provisioning November 18, 2024 22:30 Updated SCIM integration is available for Enterprise and Enterprise Plus customers only with SSO enabled. SCIM Provisioning Configuration First, generate an API token: Log into your Vyond account. Make sure you are the account owner to update this. On the upper-right side corner, click on your icon (or name) and go to Security. Find the SCIM provisioning section, beside the Authorization token, click on Edit. Click on Generate Token. Click on Copy to copy the token to your local clipboard. You’ll need this when configuring in your identity provider. Next, configure SCIM with your identity provider. This step can be slightly different depending on the identity provider you are using. In this article, we are using Okta as an example: Open the Vyond application that you have set up in Okta. Go to the Provisioning tab, and click on the “Configure API Integration” button. Tick “Enable API integration”: Paste the token that you copied from step 1 into the “OAuth Bearer Token” field. (Optional) To check the token is correctly configured, click on “Test API Credentials” to make sure it works. Click on the “Save” button. Then, configure provisioning to Vyond: Open the Vyond application that you have set up in Okta. Go the Provisioning tab, visit To App from the sub side panel. Click on the “Edit” next to Provisioning to App. Enables the following features: Create Users Update User Attributes Deactivate Users Click on the Save button. Lastly, assign people to Vyond: Open the Vyond application that you have set up in Okta. Go to the Assignments tab, click on the Assign dropdown button, and select Assign to People. Search for the person’s name that you wish to assign to Vyond. Click on Assign next to their listing. Please note that “Groups” is not supported in the current version.
