Download a video in Vyond Studio

1. Click the Download icon in the top right corner of the Studio.

2. Select a format and resolution option from each menu. Then, click Generate.  

3. The video can be downloaded directly from the browser, or a download link that is sent to the email address associated with the account.

Download scenes in Vyond Studio

Please note, this feature is for Professional, Enterprise, Agency, and Government plans only.

From the download menu

1. Following the initial steps in the section above, navigate to the Download menu. 

2. In the Select range section, select the range option and input the range of scenes to download. 

From the timeline

1. Multi-select the scenes you want to download.

• Hold the Shift key and click on the first scene in the range of scenes you want to download, then the last scene in the range to multi-select the entire range of scenes. 
• Hold the Ctrl/Cmd and click on scenes to individually select them. 

2. Right-click on any selected scene to open the context menu. In the menu, select Download Custom Range. 

3. Choose the export format and resolution, then click Generate. 

Note:

• Downloading a custom range of scenes does not create a new video
• Non-consecutive selected scenes cannot be downloaded and will need to be saved as a new video

Download from Home and Video Listing Page

1. Click on the More Options icon on a video thumbnail, or from the Video Listing Page. 

2. Click one of the download options from the pop-up menu: Download HD (720p) or Generate Full HD (1080p).

3. If Download HD (720p) is selected, a message may pop-up asking to open the file or save the file. The video may automatically download to your "Downloads" directory on your computer depending on default settings, or to another folder if the default save location was changed in the past. Choose one of the options to proceed with downloading the video and open in Windows Media Player, QuickTime, VLC, or any other media player compatible with your device.

• Note: Depending on the complexity and length of the video, the 720p conversion may also take some time to generate.

4. If Generate Full HD (1080p) is selected, a confirmation box appears and a message is sent to the email address on file when the video is completed.

Bulk download from Video Listing Page 

1. Select the videos to generate: 

2. Right-click on any highlighted video and choose an export option:

3. A window will pop up, notifying you that the downloads will be ready after the generation is complete.

You can opt out of an email reminder or keep the box checked to receive the notification:

4. Once your videos are ready, the option to download will appear: 

Download as Images

Users on all plans can download their videos as PNG images. 

1. On the video listing page, select the three dots and click Scenes. Then click on Generate images. 

You will receive a email notifying you that the download is ready. Please note download notifications are based on your notification settings.

Download as a PPT

Enterprise and Agency users can download their videos as a PPT file. 

1. On the video listing page select the three dots and click Scenes. Then click on Generate slides.

You will receive a email notifying you that the download is ready. Please note download notifications are based on your notification settings.

Please note - Expired accounts and free trials are unable download or export content. Vyond Essential subscriptions will have a logo or watermark applied to them after download (learn more here). Vyond Premium and Professional do not have watermarks.
