Brand Kit

Your assets, including branded assets, can be added to a team Brand Kit, making video creation smoother when needing to follow brand guidelines. Check out the details below on how to create and use a Brand Kit. Brand Kit is available to Vyond for Enterprise and Vyond for Agency users.

How it works:

The Account Owner sets up the Brand Kit for the team. 

1. Open the studio. 

2. Upload all branded assets to the studio. 

3. Save all branded assets to a Collection. Name the Collection (ex: Brand Assets). 

4. Set the Collection as a Brand Kit. 

Once the Collection has been set as a Brand Kit by the Account Owner, the Brand Kit will be available to all members on the account. Brand Kits can be renamed and there can only be one Brand Kit within an account. 

Accessing the Brand Kit:

A Brand Kit Tab will appear in the content panel along with a shortcut banner after the Account Owner sets the Brand Kit.

For team members, select the Brand Kit from the Brand Kit Tab in the content panel. 

Within the Brand Kit:

Team members can select assets from the Brand Kit and apply them to their videos. Assets within the Brand Kit can be added to individual collections. 

Removing a Brand Kit: 

The Account Owner can disable a Brand Kit by selecting the 3 dots and clicking on the option to Disable Brand Kit. 

Once the Brand Kit is disabled, it will no longer appear in Collections. The Brand Kit Tab in the content panel will also be removed.
