How do I change a thumbnail for a video?

The thumbnail for an exported video is defined by the Operating System used or the software the video is imported into. The MP4 format does not have a thumbnail defined as part of its data. Therefore, the thumbnail displaying on an exported video cannot be controlled by Vyond's software.

As an alternative, export the video to a hosting site and set a custom thumbnail.
