How do I use the Vyond API?

The Vyond API allows you to create Vyond Go or AI avatar videos directly within your own platform—without using our web app. Integrate our features into your systems or applications through our external API to automate tasks and customize workflows to suit your needs.

In order to use Vyond API, you’ll first need an Vyond API key.

  1. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Vyond app.
  2. Go to “API tokens”
  3. Under “Personal Access token”, click on “Edit”
  4. Click on “Generate Token”
  5. Copy the token key. Note that the full token will not be available after the page reloads. Save it in a secure place. If you revoke the token, the previous one will be invalid.

Now you have the API token, you can start coding with Vyond API.

Which plan is required to access Vyond API?

The Vyond API itself isn’t locked behind any subscription plan. However, your API access is linked to your account, meaning you can use a feature through either the web app or the API, as long as it’s included in your subscription plan. Currently, the API token page is hidden. Please contact support@vyond.com if you like to use the Vyond API.
